Adding a task to contact an assigned user can be automated. Letâs say that you add the tag âultimate taskâ to a contact to cause the system to automatically add this task to the assigned userâs contact page and notify both of them. In this article, we will go over the Add Task action and how to use it.
This action exists within workflows and works similarly to the add task option within the contact area.
Click on the â+â symbol below the trigger to add an action.
Under Actions, select âAdd Taskâ in the âCRMâ section of the Actions Menu or use the search feature
Name the workflow action if you would like, provide a title, add details for the description, assign the task to the assigned user/specific user, and pick a due date
