# Notification Preferences Notification preferences allow you to establish your preferences for both the web and mobile versions of the platform. The design of this part of O*ur Software* allows you to: * Set notification preferences for web and mobile (can be same or different) * Enable and Disable notifications based on user preferences * Use multiple types of notifications including: “assigned to” notifications for both conversations & tasks * Distinguish between system and custom notifications within the notification screen * Clear Notifications **To do this, go to Settings > Profile > and Select the Notifications Tab.** {% embed url="" %} Customize your Notification preferences to make this feature work for you and your particular business needs.
